Polyaspartic
Floor Care

Congratulations on choosing one of the most durable industrial coating systems available today! Engineered to protect your concrete and withstand daily wear and tear. Our coatings are impervious and easy to clean.

They are also highly resistant to common chemicals. To maintain long-term performance and keep your finish looking new, regular maintenance and floor care are essential.

Dust and Dirt:

Over time, all flooring accumulates dirt and debris, which can act as abrasives and potentially damage the coating. To prevent this, regularly remove dirt, sand, and other debris from your floor. Using a nylon brush for sweeping can help limit the buildup of dirt and debris.

Floor Care Cleaning Agents:

For regular maintenance, use a simple mixture of a pH-neutral cleaner like Simple Green®, CLR, or Pinesole diluted with water. Sweep the entire floor thoroughly using a soft-bristled broom to remove any loose debris and dirt. Even though our floors are impermeable, these substances can act as abrasives if not regularly removed.

Next, dilute the pH-neutral biodegradable cleaner according to the manufacturer's recommendations. Use this solution to mop the floor. After mopping, rinse the floor with clean water and use a wet vacuum, squeegee, or a towel to remove the excess water.

(For heavily soiled areas, a small amount of acetone solvent may be used to help clean the surface. Avoid excessive use of strong hydrocarbon solvents like benzene, kerosene, and xylene.)

Finally, allow the floor to dry completely before resuming use.
